Our approach
NFI Manuals aims to make browsing, purchasing, and accessing manuals usable with keyboards, assistive technology, touch devices, zoom, and reduced-motion preferences. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or publication has been independently certified as conformant.
The redesigned interface uses semantic headings, visible focus, labeled controls, responsive layouts, and native dialog behavior. We review common shopping paths and work to resolve identified barriers.
PDFs and external services
Historical PDFs vary in quality. Some contain scans, complex drawings, untagged content, or text that screen readers cannot reliably interpret. A searchable PDF is not necessarily an accessible PDF. Ask about a specific publication before buying if its format is important to you.
Stripe and linked social services operate their own interfaces. Tell us if a third-party step prevents you from completing an order so we can review practical assistance options. We cannot promise a transformed publication or accessible alternative that we do not have.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Email [email protected] with the page or publication title, what you were trying to do, and the problem. If useful, include your browser, device, assistive technology, and a non-sensitive screenshot. Do not include passwords, card details, or private download tokens.
We will review the report, ask for clarification if needed, and discuss available assistance or a workaround. For paid products that cannot be delivered as described, the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights remain available.
Ongoing improvements
We consider accessibility when changing navigation, forms, policies, and shopping controls. Manual testing and feedback remain important alongside automated checks. Known limitations and proposed remedies are reviewed before release and as new issues are reported.
