What is delivered
NFI Manuals supplies digital PDF manuals; no physical item is shipped. Each listing identifies a manual or the exact publications in a package. A PDF reader, a working internet connection, and enough storage are required. Large technical manuals can take time to transfer, especially on a phone.
Public previews are watermarked samples, not the purchased file. Check listed page counts, file sizes, and recorded vehicle applicability before ordering. Unknown metadata is not a compatibility guarantee.
Account checkout
Sign in before ordering to associate the purchase with your account. Once payment and order processing are complete, open Account and Your downloads. Individual download links expire after a short period for security; an eligible account can request another link from its order.
Keep access to your account email and contact [email protected] if you cannot sign in. We do not promise permanent online availability; save an authorized backup after downloading.
Guest checkout
Stripe collects your delivery email during guest checkout. After successful payment confirmation, we send a private, time-limited order link. The order message and access page show the expiry and remaining download allowance.
The current limits are shown below this policy. The guest allowance applies to download requests across that guest access link, including files in packages, not a separate unlimited allowance for each PDF. A failed transfer may still consume an authorized request; contact us for review rather than repeatedly retrying.
If an email, link, or file does not work
Check your payment-status page, email spelling, spam folder, and whether the message was filtered. Allow time for payment processing and email delivery. Avoid placing a duplicate order to troubleshoot.
If a link expired or the download allowance was reached, email [email protected] with your order reference from the purchasing email where possible. We can verify the order and review recovery options. Do not send passwords, private access tokens, or card information.
For an incomplete PDF, check free disk space and connectivity, try a current PDF reader, and tell support the file title and exact error. Do not upload the purchased publication to a public file-sharing service for troubleshooting.
Security, interruption, and remedies
Private links and accounts are for the authorized buyer. Downloads are protected and logged to support delivery, security, and troubleshooting. A successful authorization record does not prove a completed transfer.
Refunds, reversed payments, disputes, security issues, or rights-related removal may affect access. An outage or removed file is not a reason to ignore a delivery problem: contact us for review under the Refund Policy. Non-waivable consumer remedies remain available.
Current delivery settings
New guest links last 72 hours and allow 5 authorized download requests across the link. Individual guest download URLs last 10 minutes; account download URLs last 10 minutes. Existing links retain their recorded expiry and allowance. These are current operational settings, not a change to an earlier order.
