NFI Manuals is operated by NFI Manuals. Our contact for orders, legal questions, and support is [email protected]. These Terms apply to the website and purchases made through it. The Privacy, Refund, and Digital Delivery & Access policies explain related practices.
By placing an order and accepting these Terms, you agree to the version presented at checkout. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have an authorized adult place the order. If you order for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
2. Products and vehicle applicability
Products are digital PDF publications for collectors, bus enthusiasts, fleets, restoration mechanics, and other readers. No physical item is shipped. A package includes only the publications identified in its listing at purchase; it is not a promise of every publication issued for a vehicle or of future additions.
Confirm the manufacturer, model, publication identifier, revision, and applicable unit or VIN range where recorded. Missing or unspecified information has not been verified. Similar model names do not establish compatibility. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure.
Historical publications may be incomplete, superseded, or unsuitable for a particular vehicle. They are reference materials, not individualized engineering or safety advice. Use qualified personnel, current manufacturer guidance, and applicable safety requirements for actual maintenance. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate listing.
3. Accounts and guest orders
Provide accurate information, use an email address you can access, protect your password, and tell us about suspected unauthorized account use. Do not share account credentials or private order links.
Account orders are associated with the signed-in account. Guest orders use time-limited email access links and download limits described in our Delivery policy and order messages. You do not need to consent to optional analytics to buy or download.
4. Prices, payment, and order confirmation
The website identifies the currency and shows the product price. Applicable discounts and taxes are confirmed in Stripe Checkout before payment. Stripe processes payment details; NFI Manuals does not store full card numbers. An estimate or a pending order is not confirmation that payment succeeded.
Review the final total and product list before paying. If quoted campaign eligibility changes, you must review refreshed pricing. Promotions follow their stated eligibility and expiry terms. An order becomes available after successful payment confirmation and processing. If an item cannot be supplied, contact us for resolution under our Refund Policy.
We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors before accepting payment, explain the correction, and allow you to decline. We will not silently increase a completed charge.
5. Delivery and access
Digital delivery is described in the Digital Delivery & Access policy. Internet access, adequate storage, and a compatible PDF reader are your responsibility. Check your email and spam folder for guest delivery and keep your order reference.
Save a lawful personal backup after downloading. We do not promise permanent online hosting or unrestricted replacement downloads. Access may be interrupted by outages, technical faults, payment reversals, abuse investigations, or rights-related removal. Contact support if access fails; available remedies and non-waivable rights remain intact.
6. Permitted use and intellectual property
Purchases provide access for permitted buyer use, subject to rights in each publication and applicable law. Unless separately authorized by the relevant rights holder, do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, publish, or share purchased files, remove rights notices or preview watermarks, or give others access through shared accounts or links.
Describing fleets or mechanics as intended readers does not grant a fleet-wide, multi-user, redistribution, or commercial republication license. Contact us about an uncertain use before relying on it. Nothing here restricts uses that applicable law permits notwithstanding these Terms.
Manufacturers and other rights holders retain their copyrights and trademarks. NFI Manuals does not claim ownership of their publications or grant rights it does not hold. We are independent of NFI Group, New Flyer, MCI, and other manufacturers; their names identify catalog content, not affiliation or endorsement.
7. Acceptable website use
Do not bypass payment or access controls, guess or share access tokens, scrape protected files, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or notices, or use the service unlawfully. Ordinary public catalog browsing and lawful use of search engines are not prohibited by this provision.
We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a reversed payment, or a rights complaint. Where appropriate we will explain the issue and provide a support route. Suspension does not remove refund obligations or consumer rights.
8. Refunds and problems
Our Refund Policy includes a 14-calendar-day change-of-mind concession for purchased PDFs that have not been accessed or downloaded. Public previews and order messages do not count as purchased-file access. Defective files, materially inaccurate descriptions, duplicate purchases, and failed delivery are considered separately.
Email [email protected] with your order reference, affected item, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds use the existing payment method where available and revoke the affected download entitlements.
9. Service limitations and liability
We aim to provide accurate listings and a dependable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that historical technical publications will meet every reader's purpose. Except for our express commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided as available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NFI Manuals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. For an affected purchase, our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims. They do not limit a mandatory refund, replacement, or other consumer remedy.
10. Disputes and changes
Please first email [email protected] so we can try to resolve a dispute. Washington State law governs these Terms except where mandatory protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Nothing requires arbitration, waives class proceedings, or prevents you from using a court, regulator, or complaint process available by law.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the version; the version accepted for an order remains retrievable from the policy archive. Material changes to an existing order require any notice or consent required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
