NFI Manuals is independent of NFI Group, New Flyer, MCI, and other manufacturers. Manufacturer and agency names identify publications and vehicles represented in the catalog; they do not identify customers, sponsors, partners, or endorsers.
We do not claim ownership of manufacturers' publications or transfer their copyrights to purchasers. Access does not grant a right to republish, resell, or redistribute a publication. Trademarks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Submitting a concern
Email [email protected] with the subject Copyright concern. Identify the copyrighted work or other right, the exact listing URL and material at issue, your relationship to the rights holder or authority to act, and an email address for a response.
Explain the basis of your concern and the action requested. Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law, a statement that your information is accurate, and your electronic signature or authorized representative's identification where appropriate. Do not send unrelated sensitive documents.
This email process is a review channel, not a claim that NFI Manuals has registered a statutory DMCA agent or that email alone satisfies every formal legal notice requirement. Formal notices must satisfy applicable law.
Review and action
We will review identifiable concerns, may ask for clarification or supporting information, and may temporarily restrict the disputed listing or delivery while reviewing it. We assess the publication, the claimed rights, and any relevant authorization or legal exception; submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement.
We may remove or correct a listing, restrict access, or restore material if appropriate after review. Customers affected by a removal can contact support about delivery and refund remedies. We do not promise a result or fixed review period that overrides legal obligations.
Disputes and misuse
If you believe material was restricted in error, reply to [email protected] with the reference and supporting information. We may need to share relevant parts of a claim with an affected party or professional adviser to investigate, subject to privacy and legal requirements.
Do not submit knowingly false ownership claims, threats, or fraudulent notices. Nothing in this process restricts lawful remedies available to rights holders or users.
